Warren Buffet would not trade $25 for all the Bitcoin in the world

Now if you told me you own all of the Bitcoin in the world and you offered it to me for $25 I wouldn’t take it because what would I do with it? I’d have to sell it back to you one way or another. It isn’t going to do anything. The apartments are going to produce rent and the farms are going to produce food.

Warren Buffett

Known as the "Oracle of Omaha," Warren Buffett is one of the most successful investors of all time, according to FORBES.

For the younger readers who probably never heard of him, Buffett runs Berkshire Hathaway, which owns more than 60 companies, including insurer Geico, battery maker Duracell and restaurant chain Dairy Queen.

So far he has given more than $45 billion, mostly to the Gates Foundation and his kids' foundations.

He is now 91-year-old, with a net worth of around $124 billion, and is an avid crypto sceptic that once called Bitcoin "rat poison squared."

Although seen as a financial expert it is almost unbelievable that someone with his expertise would not be able to see the bigger picture of crypto assets.

His controversial affirmations got a lot of criticism and he was actually ridiculed on social media.

While some billionaires were mocking Warren Buffet, others saw past his message and believe that is just a strategy to manipulate the crypto market and make Bitcoin prices lower. So this way he creates an opportunity for whales to accumulate Bitcoin as low as possible.
